Practice Making Whole Fish

Sometimes I prefer to use my 11" electric skillst et. It keeps constant temperature and it's easier to maneuver the fish. Most whole fish that I make have similar recipes therefore look similar. But all taste delicious.

"The Best Way" Tips- Baked Potato

Like many of you I search the internet endlessly for the perfect way to do things. But never fear I will try my best to do the find it for you.

Perfect Baked Potato

In the microwave:
Start with a clean, well-scrubbed potato.
Turn by the quarter as you poke the potato in three different spots with a fork.
Place on plate and microwave on high or baked potato setting on your microwave only 5 minutes.
Turn potato over and heat for another 5 minutes. Use an oven glove to remove plate.
Split in half and add a pat of butter, a shake or two of both salt & pepper.

In the oven:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Position rack in middle and careful to have barrier on bottom to catch any excess food.
Start with clean, well-scrubbed potato.
Turn by the quarter as you poke the potato in three different spots with a fork.
Over a bowl, rub oil (any kind) all over potato.
Rub salt.
Place on center rack.
Bake for one hour.
Split in half and add a pat of butter & pepper.

Basil spicy clam

Hot Bean Fish

Taiwanese used their own twist on the black bean steam fish that uses fish fillets. Instead a whole fish gets pan fried to perfection with the hot bean sauce. In this recipe, a whole cleaned tilapia was used.

Fresh Tilapia - for this I actually saw this food alive and asked to have it cleaned at my local Oriental Market.
small red peppers
green onions
garlic
extra firm tofu

Tea Drunk!

Is it possible? Yes, it is. I am an avid coffee drinker. Almost up to three black cups of java a day. When I came home one day I had this lovely cup of full leaf Oolong tea waiting for me. After only consuming half a mug, my head was swimming and I actually massaged my scalp & brain because it was intense.

This is an award winning, top prize tea from Taiwan. It helps with burning grease and intense energy. Do not consume if you haven't had tolerance or are consuming large amounts of caffeine in the same day.
